TJ Schell, LLC, is a woman-owned business. Founded in 2002, it is an independent consulting and design service firm. Owner, Teresa Eldredge, is a landscape architect and certified consulting arborist with over 25 years of experience. TJ Schell focuses on landscape architectural services, arborist consulting services and municipal, commercial and institutional permitting as well as construction management services. A consulting arborist since 2006, Teresa has also been TRAQ (Tree Risk Assessment Qualifications) qualified since 2015.
